This means that we track and record every phone call your property receives through your advertising. We then put these recordings into one central location – the [Marketing Center](http://www.resortsandlodges.com/marketingcenter/index.php). The Marketing Center is your one stop shop to see the return on your investment. Your calls are recorded with the date, time and caller demographics and allow you to listen to transactions on a daily basis. Here is a quick guide to getting in and analyzing your investment: 1. Go to our [Marketing Center](http://www.resortsandlodges.com/marketingcenter/index.php) - you can also find our Marketing Center link on the bottom right of any ResortsandLodges.com page, under “clients.” 2. Log in with your advertising account’s username & password – you can get this from your sales representative or client services account manager. Please feel free to call 866 757 8229 for this information. 3. Once logged in, click “Manage Products.” 4. On the “Manage Products” page click on your Contextual Ad’s “Statistics” link within the “Action” column. 5. This will display all of your listing’s statistics organized by month – simply click on the number of calls within the month’s row and you will be taken to a page to listen to each of your calls individually.
