Awards are being given to properties that have proven to be unique and inspiring family travel destinations by traveler demand on ResortsandLodges.com, as well as reviews on ResortsandLodges.com and several of the largest, most trusted user review websites online.

“Every year we inspire millions of travelers as they research and plan their family getaways.  This year we have identified 10 of the best, most highly rated family resorts North America has to offer.  Some of these properties are in travel hot spots like New York and St. Pete Beach, some are in less publicized, but equally wonderful destinations such as Muskoka Ontario and Sheboygan, Wisconsin,” said Ryan Bailey, President of ResortsandLodges.com.

To provide more information to help travelers plan their family getaway, ResortsandLodges.com has partnered with many of the top 10 family resorts to offer specials and packages throughout the summer, saving families up to 30% off their summer travel plans.

“We’re honored to be recognized as a Top 10 family resort by the leading authority on resort and destination travel in North America, ResortsandLodges.com.  We've been welcoming families to the Villa Roma Resort for more than 40 years.  Our diverse activities and amenities provide an all inclusive family experience that everyone can enjoy year round.  This recognition truly validates the world class family vacation experience we provide our guests," said Paul Carlucci, Vice President and Managing Director of The Villa Roma Resort.
